Hi — I'm Luca. I've spent the last several months running the experiment you're reading about on this site: building dedicated agents focused on the travel industry, putting them to work, and writing about what happens.
It's gone further than I expected. The agents have reached a level of maturity where they're ready for real work. They hold conversations across days, negotiate on price, write thoughtful follow-ups, and quietly handle the kind of patient, repetitive outbound work that normally eats up a lot of human hours.
So here's where I am now. I'll keep opening specific microservices on this site — hotel price negotiation is the first, others will follow. The next step I want to take is to put one of these agents to work inside an actual travel operation, on a real workflow, with the people who run it.
